Warehouse Supervisor Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's store teams. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve sales targets and drive stock in and out of the store.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure a safe and productive working environment, reacting quickly to fast-changing situations.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commercially driven, with a focus on delivering results and improving store performance.
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
