About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong foundation in clinical practices. Experience in care home settings is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and support.
