- Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting regular care needs assessments and reviews.
- Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to deliver exceptional care.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage the service's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
