Care Home Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Moorhaven, a 54-bedded home in Somerset. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential care to our service users, adhering to our company's quality standards and ensuring statutory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred, tailored support to service users in a comfortable and homely environment.
- Lead a highly trained team to deliver excellent care services, adhering to our QA framework.
- Maintain Continued Professional Development (CPD) and ensure team members develop their skills as appropriate.
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a care home environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of care service delivery and formal management or business qualification equivalent to level 3 or above.
- Valid current driving licence and vehicle for use.
