Lead Our Residential Nursing Service in Taunton

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to join our team in Taunton, leading our residential nursing service. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to enhance the quality of life for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
  • Lead a team to ensure people gain independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
