Care Manager

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to join our team in Taunton, leading our residential nursing service. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence and positive outcomes for our residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage the service's P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
