About the Role

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential nursing service in Taunton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, developing and implementing person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Lead a team to ensure individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering the best support. You should have previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, be willing and able to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours is essential.
