- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
