Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
  • Help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support with supervision's.
  • Order medication and ensure service users can manage their finances.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
