Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused HGV Service Advisor to join our team at HCP International. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth service experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maximize workshop bookings through proactive communication and relationship-building with customers.
  • Manage MOT bookings and invoicing efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, completing job cards accurately and addressing any customer requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Promote additional services and repairs to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the motor industry and its complexities.
  • Previous experience in a HGV Service Advisor role or a similar Customer Service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £31,000 OTE.
