Job Overview

Job Description
The students you will be working with have ASD/Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), learning disabilities, or statements of educational need. Staff aim to support every child, developing self-esteem, achieving personal targets, and encouraging enthusiasm for learning. You will work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support pupils, adapting to their individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.

Requirements
- Be rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, and inspirational in your style and presence as a leader.
- Utilise various teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions.
- Show care and passion for developing strong relationships and well-being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals, and the local community.
