We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor at HSBC Careers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading bank, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service via telephone, resolving customer queries in a friendly and professional manner. You will also use various systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a contact centre environment. You should also be able to work effectively in a team, using your communication skills to resolve customer issues.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,205 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including free parking, on-site gym, and subsided on-site nursery. Our hybrid working policy allows you to balance your work and personal life.

Please note that this role requires you to be a UK resident, aged 18 or over, with a valid right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this position.
