We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Planning Coordinator to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our Stand Fitting team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and verify information from internal stakeholders, including Account Management, Commercial Team, and Service Centre.
- Ensure all instruction and works orders are covered and up-to-date.
- Input data into our systems, including Clarity, Sage, and GES Live.
- Book travel and accommodations for UK and European events.
- Maintain and update planning packs and block plans, and distribute as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Central Planning Team, including absence and holiday cover.
- Process final figures and liaise with our Finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have a minimum C grade GCSE in Math and English, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
