Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic event plans to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.
  • Work across virtual and in-person events, including conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, to create engaging experiences for attendees.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maximize event impact through content, email, social media, and web teams.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate venue management, catering, and logistics for in-person events.
  • Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to maximize the impact of national events programs.
  • Monitor competitor, regulatory, and industry environments to innovate creative event ideas.
Requirements:
  • Proven events management experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong implementation skills, focusing on delivery of events on-time and on-budget.
  • Creative thinking and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Multiple project management experience.
