Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic event plans, delivering high-quality output that meets client expectations.
  • Work across virtual and in-person events, including conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, ensuring seamless execution and post-event analysis.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and priorities, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, catering, and equipment hire.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to maximize event impact, leveraging content, email, social media, and web teams.
  • Conduct post-event analysis, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the marketing team's reporting process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in events management, with a strong track record of delivering events on-time and on-budget.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the team.
