Event and Merchandise Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic event plans to deliver high-quality output that meets client objectives
  • Manage events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, including front-of-house on-site duties
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maximize event impact through content, email, social media, and web teams
  • Post-event analysis and recommendations to optimize event outcomes and lead generation
  • Liaise with business and compliance teams to gain approval and sign off on event plans
  • Work with Regional Marketing Managers and stakeholders to maximize the impact of national events programs
  • Monitor competitor, regulatory, industry, and economic environments to innovate creative event ideas
Requirements:
  • Proven events management experience in a corporate organization or agency environment
  • Strong implementation skills, focusing on delivering events on-time and on-budget
  • Creative thinking and ability to bring new ideas for event engagement
  • Multiple project management skills, including planning and organizing
