We are seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Services Marketing team in Birmingham. As Events and Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events, webinars, and merchandising that align with our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic delivery plan for each event, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Manage events from inception to post-event analysis, including facilitating virtual events and coordinating logistics for in-person events.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to maximize event impact through content, email, social media, and web team collaboration.
  • Coordinate systems management, asset creation, online promotion, and slides for webinars.
  • Manage invite and attendee lists, inputting and extracting information from our firm's database for relevant event campaigns.
  • Post-event analysis and recommendations to maximize event impact, collate leads generated from events, and contribute to the Marketing Team's reporting process.
Requirements
  • Proven events management experience, preferably in a corporate organization or agency environment.
  • Strong implementation skills, focusing on delivery of events on-time and on-budget.
  • Creative thinking – bringing new ideas for event engagement to the team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant IT packages, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel.
