Salary: £35,000 per annum plus commission up to £65,000

Hours: 44 hours per week

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success at Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as coaching and developing the skills of our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Coach and develop the skills of our sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with management to plan and forecast sales trends, and revise plans as necessary to ensure business success.
  • Acquire a high level of product knowledge to competently answer customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and measure sales performance against targets, and provide regular feedback to management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have previous management experience within the automotive industry, as well as a proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams. You will also be passionate about providing first-class customer care and engagement, and have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.

You will require a full UK driving licence for this position, and be a well-organised individual who is process-orientated and able to take a hands-on approach.
