We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Slough on a temporary full-time basis.

About the Job:

This role involves providing high-quality reception services to our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors to meetings, events, and other functions.
  • Support meeting hosts with booking appointments, coordinating logistics, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and colleagues using excellent communication skills.
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring that visitors are properly cleared before accessing the premises.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Contribute to event management activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Work Details:

Temporary contract, full-time hours, based in Slough, with an attractive hourly rate of £14.50 (approximately $19 USD)
