XPS Group is a leading consulting and administration business specializing in the pensions and insurance sectors, catering to clients in the UK. The company is known for its expertise in engineering-related pension schemes.

We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team in Reading. This role would be ideal for someone with previous experience in administering Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes or similar roles.

As a Pension Scheme Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing various administrative tasks related to new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers, and deaths within DC pension schemes.
  2. Updating relevant pensions administration databases and systems to ensure accurate records.
  3. Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations to ensure fair treatment of scheme members.

Your Profile

Essential Criteria:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role, such as office administrator, receptionist, or customer service representative.
  2. Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly Excel and Word.
