Warranty Administrator Role

A highly skilled Warranty Administrator is required to join the high-performing team at CV-Library, a busy franchised car dealership in Newbury. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of warranty claims and extended warranty claims. Your expertise in Warranty Administration within a franchised dealership is essential for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
The basic salary for this position is up to £28,000 per annum, with an on-target earnings potential of £32,000. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and work Monday to Friday only (8am - 6pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the processing of warranty claims on a timely basis
- Process all extended warranty claims and ensure document and procedural compliance
- Provide constructive feedback and solutions to Service Managers when submitted claims are rejected or reduced, to improve future claim submissions
- Follow up on the payment of outstanding claims
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory and for digital parts checks to be carried out
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Warranty Administration experience within a franchised dealership
- Full UK Driving Licence
