Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the local community to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve enquiry generation objectives and increase market share.
* Research and identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
* Manage and track enquiries, using data and analytics to inform business decisions.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the business maintains an excellent reputation for delivery of high-quality services and support to the community.

Requirements:

* Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships within a local community.
* Good understanding of marketing principles and experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches.
* Experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve targets.
* Good working knowledge of IT systems and virtual communication platforms.
* Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
