Job Title: Business Development Manager

Home Instead is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business growth strategies to increase market share and generate employment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, stakeholders, and partners to promote Home Instead's services and employment opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve enquiry generation objectives and deliver high-quality services to the community.
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing approaches to increase awareness of Home Instead's services and employment opportunities in the local community.
  • Manage and track enquiries, using data and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize messaging and education in the community.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the business maintains an excellent reputation for delivery of high-quality services and support to the community.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in successfully developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships within a local community to achieve business objectives.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles with experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches, including digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve targets.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
  • Experience of using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
