About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our community engagement efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local community groups, businesses, and stakeholders to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with the local community and promote our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and individuals.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and digital marketing platforms.
