Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the local community to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and generate employment opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve enquiry generation objectives.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing approaches to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities.
  • Manage and track enquiries and use data to inform business decisions.
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the business maintains an excellent reputation for delivery of high-quality services and support to the community.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and relationship building.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and experience of using a range of marketing approaches.
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve targets.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
