Supporting Students with Emotional Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students aged 4-11 overcome their emotional challenges and reach their full potential.
In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop tailored strategies for each student's unique needs. Your expertise will help create a safe and nurturing space where students can thrive academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH needs in a one-to-one setting or small groups.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote emotional regulation and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
Salary & Benefits:
£417.50 - £450 per week (full-time, 5-day working week). Enhanced DBS required, along with eligibility to work in the UK. Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification at Level 2 or above is also necessary.
