The Role:

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant with Academics Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional support to students with complex emotional needs. Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized plans to promote emotional regulation and learning outcomes, as well as collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach. This role requires empathy, creativity, and strong communication skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues alike.

Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification at Level 2 or above.
