As a Program Assistant - Family Center, you will be an integral part of the Ymca Of Central Maryland, Inc. team, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to provide exceptional services to members and guests. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year.

The primary function of this position is to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development of each child in our care. You will engage with children by guiding them to activities, using their names, and monitoring their actions during their usage of the center.
