CNC Milling Machine Programmer
Syntech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to work with state-of-the-art technology in high-precision industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling Machines efficiently.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings for programming, setting, and manufacturing.
3. Create layout sheets to document tooling, setups, and machine parameters.
4. Maintain high standards of work independently, meeting deadlines and verifying the quality of work using measuring tools.
5. Assist and train other operators, sharing expertise and skills.

**Profile Requirements:**
A time-served apprenticeship is preferred but not essential. A minimum of 5 years' experience in programming and operating 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC machines is required. Proficiency in Heidenhain controls, with additional experience with Fanuc controls an advantage. Familiarity with operating Doosan, Matsuura, and Mazak machines is necessary. The ability to produce parts to tight tolerances is essential. Estimated salary: £21 per hour.
