Graduate Autism Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Graduate to join our team as a Learning and Communication Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism, helping them with daily tasks, classroom activities, and communication development.
The successful candidate will support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence. They will also assist in implementing personalized learning plans and communication strategies, collaborating closely with Speech and Language Therapists.
- Key Requirements:
- • Degree in Psychology or Criminology.
- • Passion for supporting vulnerable children.
- • Ability to work closely with teachers and therapists.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (based on a full-time contract).
- Location: Abingdon, Vale of White Horse.
