Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our members, and providing personalized support.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide informed advice and guidance to our members.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, navigating changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You should be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 additional days.
- An on-target bonus of 7% of eligible pay, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
- A contributory pension scheme, where we will contribute up to 11% of your salary.
