Role Overview
Sense Scotland is seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Adult Autism Practitioner in the Fort William area. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing 1:2:1 support to individuals with additional support needs, promoting independence, and building trusting relationships.

Responsibilities and Requirements
You will work on a rota-based system, supporting clients with day-to-day tasks, including personal care, housework, and medication administration. You will also be responsible for liaising with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. To succeed in this role, you will need strong work ethic, organizational skills, and good team-working abilities. A positive attitude and genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others are also essential.

Benefits and Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 100's of discount options, pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
