About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Housing Support Assistant to join our team in Fort William.
In this role, you will work closely with individuals with complex support needs, assisting them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence and individuality.
You will be part of a supportive team, working together to provide high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in activities they enjoy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to providing person-centred care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the changing needs of individuals.
