Our Support Practitioners play a vital role in maintaining these high standards, working closely with carers and their loved ones to ensure they receive the best possible care.

We value flexibility and can tailor our support visits to work around your other commitments. Whether it's childcare, studies, or other responsibilities, we strive to accommodate your needs while providing exceptional care and support.

As a key member of our team, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per year, rising to £27,000 with service (pro-rata).
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 50p per mile.
  • £250 Recommend a Friend Scheme (T&Cs apply).
  • fully funded SVQ qualification with support from a dedicated team.
