Sense Scotland is a leading provider of social care services, and we're looking for an Adult Care Worker to join our Fort William team. As an Adult Care Worker, you will work one-to-one with individuals, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.

We operate a 24/7 service in Fort William, using a rota-based system with shifts lasting 24 hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the following day. In this role, you will assist with personal care, housework, medication administration, meal preparation, and financial support.

You'll need excellent teamwork and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to succeed in this role. With competitive salary, training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
