Care Assistant for Adults in Fort William

Sense Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Fort William team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with everyday living tasks, promoting independence and empowering them to achieve their goals.
We believe that life is about more than just care – it's about enjoyment, fulfillment, and meaningful experiences. Our Fort William service operates 24/7, using a rota-based system, with shifts lasting 24 hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the following day.
In this role, you will assist with personal care, housework, medication administration, meal preparation, and financial support. You will also liaise with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care and promote individuality and independence according to each client's Support Plan.
