As a senior residential care manager for children's services, you will be responsible for leading a small and unique service that supports children and families in the community.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to children and families
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the service and achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families
  3. Working closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure that the service meets their needs and expectations
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a leadership role in a residential care environment and will understand the challenges of working to create the best possible home environment and opportunities for children and young people who may have faced a difficult start in their lives.

You will be empathetic and determined with a passion for delivering the best possible quality and getting the best results for children and families.
