At Carr Gomm, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support services in the Lochaber area. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our Home Respite service team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support to individuals with caring responsibilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being. As a part-time or relief Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support, promoting social connections, and facilitating community engagement.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum (pro-rata), 35 days holiday per year rising to 40 with service, paid travel time, and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile. You will also have access to a fully funded SVQ qualification, enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sick leave, and a Defined Contribution pension scheme with incremental employer contribution.
