Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work on our dynamic Inpatient Occupational Therapy Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and treatment interventions for service users on the female acute mental health ward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying a complex caseload as a member of the multidisciplinary team
- Supervising junior members of the therapy team
- Supporting the development of the occupational therapy service provision within the setting
- Engaging in leadership development as part of the role
- Monitoring and evaluating treatment plans
- Respecting the needs and preferences of service users and their families
- Supervising and developing junior members of the therapy team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
