Homebased Functional Assessor for Adult Nurses and Occupational Therapists

**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and evaluations of claimants' health conditions
Review medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities
Compile detailed reports for the DWP
**Requirements:**
Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General) or Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
Active registration with NMC or HCPC
Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills
**Training and Support:**
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive 5-week training program covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing. You will receive ongoing support and guidance throughout your role.
