About the Role:
As a Banquet Server, you will be part of our Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests during banquets and events. You will work closely with our Banquet Service Manager and the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food and Beverage Service: Describe menu items to guests, communicate orders to the kitchen, and transport food to tables in a timely manner.
- Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions to ensure a memorable experience.
- Operational Excellence: Properly close guest checks, process payments, and settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
- Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of tables, buffets, and food stations.
