About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every detail of their event is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set-up, break down, and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Manager.
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
