Set in a restored 18th-century manor in the English countryside, just 40 minutes away from London, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers a humble, comfortable and welcoming home away from home. With 500 acres of bucolic landscape, our hotel grounds allow you to enjoy an unrivalled sense of escape with unlimited access to nature, wildlife and unique outdoor experiences. Whether you're visiting with your loved one, family or pets, our facilities welcome you with seasonal food and drink options, spa treatments, pop-ups and event spaces with sustainable innovations throughout.The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is an intimate retreat steeped in history and set in picturesque countryside surroundings. The hotel has 24 hour room service alongside award winning restaurants and bars.
As Room Service Server you will greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
The ideal candidate will have values based on the Four Seasons Golden Rule.
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service
This position requires an applicant with a good level of Food and Beverage knowledge and a passion to learn more.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request with the ability to proactively understand guest’s preferences and needs.
The role is suited to an individual who enjoys interacting with guests.
Straight shifts including weekend shifts.
