About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Development Practitioner to join our team in London. As a Men and Masculinities Violence Prevention Practitioner, you will work alongside colleagues supporting victim/survivors, children, and young people affected by domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a 24-week group program for perpetrators of domestic abuse
  • Work with communities and professionals to raise awareness and challenge attitudes that allow domestic abuse to continue

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working within Domestic Abuse or a similar related area and a desire to develop transferable skills

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,300 per annum
