About the Job

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Flen Health seeks a skilled Territory Business Manager to join our UK-based team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will promote and sell our innovative wound care products to healthcare professionals in Yorkshire.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy for your designated territory. You will work closely with our Marketing and Medical departments to ensure seamless product promotion and training.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the wound care market. Experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities
  • Represent Flen Health products and manage sales for your designated territory.
  • Develop a sales strategy aligned with company objectives, supported by the Regional Business Manager.
  • Maintain a strategic business plan, adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Presentation and training to customers, ensuring effective communication of key sales messages.
  • Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your region.
  • Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador, representing the company at conferences and trade fairs.
  • Maintain our CRM system in line with company standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceutical.
  • Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid Driving License.
