Wound Care Sales Representative

At Flen Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the Yorkshire area.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in territory sales within wound care or pharmaceuticals. You should be data savvy and comfortable with numbers, demonstrating the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system & Showpad.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
Job Description:- Represent our products and manage sales for your territory.
- Take ownership of your region and develop a relevant sales strategy with support from your Manager.
- Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards.
- Realize all sales activities from introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers.
- Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
- Ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards.
- Work in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals together.
