Network and Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to take on the role of Senior IT Support Officer at NXT Recruitment LTD in partnership with an international manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will work 36.25 hours per week, from 9am to 5pm, in our office located in Wigton.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality technical support to all users of IT technology within the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the manufacturing partner to ensure optimal technology operations.
- Support a range of client devices, including PCs, laptops, smartphones, and printers.
- Design, implement, and maintain Physical Hosts, Virtual Servers, Network Switches, Access Points, SAN, Firewall, Routers, PABX, UPS.
- Work closely with the IT Operations Manager to guarantee consistent system implementation and business support.
- Significant experience in a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support environment.
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with CyberArk Identity, Workspace ONE for MDM on Android and iOS.
£55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
