Senior Care Assistant Role

Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team.

Salary: £29,500 per annum (plus benefits)

About the Role

This role involves assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating residential care services to meet the individual needs of residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for promoting the health, well-being, and independence of residents, while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify residents' needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide high-quality care services that promote residents' health and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Health and Social Care or related field (Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience in residential care or similar setting (min. 1 year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
