Job Title: Residential Childcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. Our 2-bed, Ofsted-regulated children's home provides a nurturing environment for children aged 7-17 with Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to young people in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, interventions, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children with SEBD or similar complex needs.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
