Role Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring individual to fill the role of Residential Support Worker in our Wheaton Aston, Staffordshire location. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with young people aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Disabilities (LD), providing emotional support and guidance in a 3-bed capacity Children's Home.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, engage in activities that promote their physical, emotional and psychological well-being, and help them develop essential life skills. A valid UK driving licence and experience working with vulnerable children in a residential setting are key requirements for this role.
£29,196 salary inclusive of sleeps, 37.5 full time working hours at an hourly rate of £12.31 p/h.
